I just bought this fit 2. But it seems not syncing my footsteps with my device. I already turn on workout detection and reset my gear fit 2. It still have the same problem. How can I fix this?

Hey @Hanis Safwah, what phone have you got paired with the watch? Do you have the Galaxy Wearable app downloaded and paired with the watch? Please also make sure that Location is turned on, on the Samsung Health app: Settings > Apps > Samsung Health app > Permissions > Enable location. If you keep experiencing issues, make sure that the watch is fully up to date from: Galaxy Wearable app > About band > Update band software > Update now.
