Galexy fit 2 won't count steps

I got my new galaxy fit 2 today. It won't count steps what so ever. 

I reset twice. Tried Google and nothing coming up.

Is there anything I need to do to trigger it to work.

Mine stopped working correctly yesterday aftwr the latest update, i sent support a ticket and haven't gotten a reply yet, very disappointed with samsung breaking things and then not even replying.

I've had the fitbit2 just over a week, and all was great until the latest update. No it appears to only be tracking half my steps
