Galaxy wearable can not connect to Samsung active 2 although the phone is paired with the watch

The watch is connected but the samsung watch has no access to the internet and galaxy wearable is Freezed in  "Loading"

After trying several thing including:

1- Unpair and repair

2- Clear cach of galaxy wearable

etc. 

When I change the bluetooth settings of Active 2, and enable "Use for Calls". the problems solves and wearable app connects to the watch but after a while this setting changes to "disable" by it self!

Any idea?

that doesn't sound right to me. Are you able to tell me what phone do you have the watch connected to? Are both devices software up to date?

Hi.

Yes both are updated.

Phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 10.

I understand than when I go out of range of phone and come back, it will remain  disconnected with watch. It shows that they are connected but galaxy wearable show "Loading".

I shall go to settings and turn on the Use for: Call 

I had no problem till last night that I turned off my watch.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices connected to your phone with any issues, @rahmani?
