[Galaxy Watch4 Classic] WiFi network with enterprise security level not showing in available networks

Hello guys,

I have an issue with my watch4. In work, we have WiFi secured with enterprise level and my Watch4 have issue, that they don't see this network at all. My Galaxy phone sees it with no problem.

Any idea how to find it, or these networks are not compatible with Watch4?

Hi @awacsCZE, as process of elimination, have you checked if the watch connects with a different Wi-Fi Network?

yes, other networks without enterprise security are normally visible and can be connected.

So, I tested it again today, directly under WiFi router at work and no luck, Watch4 just doesn't see these types of WiFi for me, which is really sad.

Hi @awacsCZE, I have the same issue. Galaxy watch 4 connect well with other Wi-Fi network but whenever I try to connect WPA2-Enterprise, the SSID does not visible in list.

Also it doesn't connect with open internet in we have to login. Like hotels/schools wifi.
