I bought a Galaxy Watch4 Classic, delivered 31st August. Couldn't get the body mass app to work and after chatting with Tech I arranged a replacement. It was collected on Sept 10th and it's now Sept 22nd and I'm still waiting. I wish I'd gone for the refund option and immediately ordered a new one.
