WearablesIts been about 6 months since I bought the Galaxy Watch4 and I noticed some redness where the sensor is placed.
I read it could be the strap material, which I found it odd, since I had already another Galaxy Watch and the strap did not cause any rash; anyway I decided to buy a steel strap and give it another try.
The redness continued...and now I am seeing a lot of customers with the same problem.
The Galaxy Watch4 Classic have burnt in 4 different locations of my wrist and I need a solution.
Thanks

WearablesThanks for your feedback.
Is not tight a lot, actually is very loose as for SpO2 it will have to move a bit from the wrist.
And I do no sweat a lot.
The issue is caused by the sensor burning.
