Galaxy Watch4 Classic burning my wrist

Its been about 6 months since I bought the  Galaxy Watch4 and I noticed some redness where the sensor is placed.

I read it could be the strap material, which I found it odd, since I had already another Galaxy Watch and the strap did not cause any rash; anyway I decided to buy a steel strap and give it another try.

The redness continued...and now I am seeing a lot of customers with the same problem.

The Galaxy Watch4 Classic have burnt in 4 different locations of my wrist and I need a solution.

Thanks

Couple of things.

1. You could be wearing it to tight.
May be loosen it a bit

2. If you sweat a lot it's advisable to clean your wrist and the back of the watch now and then.

Happy Days.

Thanks for your feedback.

Is not tight a lot, actually is very loose as for SpO2 it will have to move a bit from the wrist.

And I do no sweat a lot.

The issue is caused by the sensor burning.

I have used Samsung and other smart watches for probably 10 years, mostly wearing them 24/7 unless charging, cleaning, etc.. but since the most recent firmware updates I also now have a skin reaction.

I am meticulous in cleaning my watch and have now resorted to turning off HR, SP02, stress detection to see if it is the sensor.

I have also developed a rash from my s4 watch. I don't wear it of a night and keep it clean so frustrating. Won't be upgrading.20230425_203730_1000003559_1682451458.jpg
