My galaxy watch 4 the battery keeps draining please help

No solution, but a few questions ...

Which version - 40mm or 44mm?

How long does the battery last after a full charge?

Post a screenshot of the battery consumption from Galaxy Wearable app > Settings > Battery

Which features are turned on?

It's the 44mm it lasts a day

Mine used to last around a 1.5 days. Was really annoying so traded it in for the GW5 Pro, now get over 3 days

I've done a factory reset,going to charge it again and see what happens. If it still drains the battery I'll exchange as well. Thanks everyone for your help and happy new year

To stop it draining either put it on charger or turn it off.
