I have a Galaxy watch that was working great. After 4 month, it started asking for a "passkey". I researched it on line and it was suggested to reset the watch. I went to the Galaxy Watch app, and backed it up. Then when the watch rebooted, it just has a "Let's go screen" and says "get started in the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone". But the app says "You'll need to reset it before you can connect again". I clicked OK and it just searches and times out. It never connects to the watch.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
