I'm looking to buy the new Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and want to trade in my old Galaxy Watch. Does it matter that it has a third party strap on it? The original broke. I'm worried they will reject it or it will massively hurt the trade in value. The Watch itself is in good condition other than a small scratch on the screen.
When I purchased from Samsung.co.uk I didn't need to send a strap or charger but just the watch body (they seem to be only fussed if there is an issue with the screen)...... the shops however want a strap and the charger with the watch. Although it took over a month for Samsung.co.uk to confirm acceptance of the trade in to complete the sale.
