Just wondering if anyone has received a response from samsung regarding skin rashes the galaxy watch causes. I have been getting a rash where the watch face sits and I've seen a lot of people have been complaining about the same issue. Some have said it is caused by the strap but it's definitely the watch face as it's a round burn mark exactly where the scanner sits. I'm really disappointed as it's not a cheap watch and was a gift. Any ideas on how I can stop this from happening would be appreciated.
