I just bought a galaxy watch for my son online but the seller failed to mention that it is a Romanian import. I’m currently trying to get a refund due to the fact that there’s no warranty in the UK, no software updates or Samsung pay. The seller states that EU law says that the watch is covered for the 2 year warranty. Is this correct? What about software updates? Would they update in the UK? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks
