Galaxy Watch (original) Trade in

Quick question to all.

I have upgraded from the Galaxy Watch (1st one) to the new Galaxy Watch 3 🙂

I opted to trade in my original Galaxy Watch (saving £100), however I cant find anything that tells me what I need to return??

All I can find on the website is information on trading in phones, nothing for the watch.

Can someone let me know what I need to return?

(still awaiting my return pack in the post anyway).

I sent back just the watch and original strap (active). I kept hold of the charger.

So, did you just send them? not the box or charger or anything else?

Did it get accepted alright?

Samsung will send a box. simply put in your old watch and strap only , no other packaging and send back preferably registered so you have proof of postage.
