Galaxy Watch HR Measure Fail

I have a Galaxy Smartwatch 066A, the HR measure will not complete along with the Stress Level read, basically the HR is not completing a read.

I have cleaned and factory reset the watch and uninstalled Samsung health and the Samsung Wear app but this has not helped.

 

 i recieve the above message constantly since 5th Oct 20   " Couldnt measure heart rate, try again"

Does any one know if there is a fix for this or if this is a problem 🤔

My watch is only 10 month old from fresh out of the box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 👍

I see you have a case on the watch. Maybe this covers the sensor a little bit?
