Galaxy Watch heart rate & sleep tracking issues

After having the galaxy watch for about a year and a half at this point, I was pretty satisfied until I encountered an issue which began about two weeks ago.

The watch refuses to read my heart rate when it's on the frequent setting, and it gives me the 'try to relax' screen as soon as I press measure. It also is not tracking my sleep whatsoever.

Once I changed the measurement settings to continouos, the watch reads my pulse but does not track any sleep. The wake up gesture is also barely working anymore.

I've narrowed it down to the gyro sensors not functioning properly. I've tried all the fixes that are possible (reset, hard reset to factory defaults, etc) and found no solutions.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a fix for it?

I have the same issue with my watch no tracking my sleep and thus not tracking my resting HR.  I couldn't find any solution on internet nor from Samsung... I believe has anything to do with the latest firmware upgrade but I did a downgrade and still couldn't get it to work, now I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Any help will be much appreciated!!
