Galaxy Watch claim?

Hi there, I still haven't had any updates since my claim was validated at the end of September. 

Also, I can't use the tracking page... my claim number has nine digits but the website only has room for seven...

Any thoughts?

The numbers WILL go in, they just look like they won't.
We've had this, all the page said was 'claim validated'.
My friend received hers today, Validated on 4th Oct.
When did you get your phone?

Hi Ziddy, they DID go in :). As with your friend, it says claim validated. I guess I can wait a few more days, but then I think I will escalate it. Thanks!
