So I have had mt Samsung galxy watch for around a year and half.
I took it off to go to bed last night only to find the back sensor still stuck to my wrist. I have contacted samsung who have said that the warranty is void as the watch has "physical damage". as you can all see the only damage to my watch is the glue has failed and the sensor has come away at the back. I dont out my watch in water or even wear it in the shower so this is not water damage or any thing like that,. just bad glue that doesnt last as this is well documented on the interenet and even this forum. I have 3 months left on my warranty but they are not willing to honor thier word.
Is there anything I can do to get this sorted. I have never such a jok of a company in all my life. you can only imagine the review I will be leaving. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Laura, I am facing the same issue with my watch; did you get any support from samsung.
