I have a Galaxy Watch Active (SM-R500NZSALUX - bought the 7th of September 2019 - so out of warranty) which won't start up anymore.
A few weeks ago the watch didn't start anymore. At first, I thought it was the charger that was broken, so I bought another one. But also with this charger, I'm not able to start the watch again.
In the beginning I was able to reboot the watch, by holding the home/power key button until it was rebooten. But right now this won't work anymore.
I've tried to press both keys to, but that seems not working either.
The watch was connected for days on the charger, so I suppose that it is charged enough. OR, the battery won't charge and so the watch won't start.
Anything else I could try? Is there another way to start the watch?
Can I verify if the battery is still working?
