Hi,
For about a week now the screen of my Galaxy watch active (1) won't turn on. Just randomly, out of nowhere (no damage, no hit). The watch is still connected to my Galaxy S10 and I can access the options on the phone. I tried to change the brightness, nothing. I tried the function "locate my watch" : the watch vibrates but the screen remains off. Turning off and on doesn't change anything either...
Is the display dead? The watch is barely one year old.
