Galaxy watch active 2 problem after last update

Does anyone from UK has the same problem ?? After the last update there are no ECG or BP monitor available in the watch , the update clearly stated that this will be installed! I performed a factory reset , tried to download the Samsung heath monitor app but it is not available....

Do you use a Samsung Galaxy phone.  Reading other posts, then the Samsung health monitor app is only available on the Galaxy store, and therefore unfortunately only for Samsung phone users.  

I bought the Watch 3 at the weekend, and own an S21 Ultra phone, so i had no problems installed the new update, and it is working with my phone and watch. 

I am sorry if you do not own a Samsung phone... it seems that many are unaware that this update is not available to non-samsung phone users (Maybe it will in the future)... fingers crossed.
