Galaxy watch active 2 LTE

Is there a fix for the above watch that randomly overheats and turns off during a phone call and streaming Spotify?  This is very annoying and makes the watch unfit for purpose!  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked that the Watch is on the latest software available? Go to Galaxy Wearable > Watch software update > Download and install.

Thanks for replying Chris. I regularly check for updates. It's showing the latest version unfortunately.
