Galaxy Watch 6 Promotion - Google Play £75 voucher not arrived after 30 days

Has anyone else not received their Google Play voucher (£75) after purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 after the 30 day period.

My tracking just shows it's still processing but I'm 34 days in now.

I tried to contact Samsung but it's just an automated reply saying the voucher will arrive within 30 days. No information or route if the 30 days have passed.

Any others had this issue. Any advice?

It took a while to get mine and It was definitely over 30 days I'm 99% sure the initial quote was longer than 30 days.

Ha no. After the 30 days passed the message appeared in the box as per my attachment.

It's frustrating not to know if there's an error or a delay or even how long to wait

I'm still waiting on my £50 voucher, it says 30 days as did my previous vouchers, but still not arrived says same as above still processing and gives date it will be here by, but not got it yet

Got this back from Samsung. Not heard anything yet.

Not sure they can advertise a promotion and then not deliver it as expected. Hopefully they don't sit on it and not action it.

Now received. I did email them to chase it along. In total mine was delayed around a week from the 30 days passed for anyone in a similar position. Might be worth contacting them once the 30 days passed. Thanks

HI has anyone managed to redeem the code yet?

I got mine through today but when you click redeem now it pops up a box saying enter code?

I did the second link. That happened to me on the first. On your email there is another link. That worked for me
