My claim was successful on August 14th, but it still hasn't arrived yet. Its been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing, is this right?

Hey, i havent had mine either - i email samsung to complain and they just said they will look into it, it said id receive it by the 3rd of September which has been and gone with nothing coming through

Mine says 30days from approval, I have until 15th September

yer, my 30 days was the 3rd of September, Samsung replied but didnt have an answer to why i dont have it, just that they would investigate

my tracking has since changed, now the 30 days has passed it no longer says a date just "still processing"

Just to let you know, I'm in the same situation as everyone else. I submitted mine on the 12th August and I'm still waiting.
I wonder why it takes so long.

What are people going to spend the money on? Any good ideas??

I will use mine for in app purchases for games. Buying apps, games and books is all you can use it for anyway

I'm the same approved on the 10th of August and still nothing .. my tracking is just saying being processed..and hasn't change since the 10th of August
