Hi I've just upgraded from the 5 Pro.

I am having trouble getting my phone to find the watch in smart things it also can't retrieve the battery info any help 🙃

Sorry if this sounds obvious, but have you opened smart things on your watch. Also are all the apps and software up to date in Google play store?

Hi yes I have checked for updates thanks I have also opened smart things on the watch and moved to the phone then gone to find my phone and it cannot find it or receive battery info. ??

Have you gone through all the settings in smart things on your phone to see if there's something missing..for example...check "Alow Devices to be found"

Update after rebooting my phone several times I have now managed to get the phone and watch to talk to each other thanks for your input 👍🏻👍🏻
