Galaxy watch 6 and 24/7 heart rhythm monitor?

One of the new features of the watch 6 is the ability to monitor for irregular heat beat 24/7. I haven't been able to find how to turn this on. Anyone? Ta.

Samsung US news article mentions IHRN has to be activated in Samsung Health Monitor app. Once activated, it will continue to run in the background.

An older news article mentions that the feature will be rolled out first to 13 countries.

Thanks. Like all promised new features it will no doubt take months and months to get to the UK.

Samsung confirmed it's not available in the UK at present but will gradually become available, don't know when though x
