The watch downloads the update on my phone and watch,but can't seem to install it. Just keeps saying copying update and that's it. Been days I have been trying. Tried everything and spoke to live chat . They tried everything I tried

Maybe worth double checking to see if Power saving m9de is on your watch this will prevent any updates to the watch itself I currently have a watch 4 and it does the same thing turn off Power saving on your watch this should alleviate the problem. Failing that backup your watch to the clouds or to your phone and then reset your watch and this should hopefully fix the issue
Thank you for your help. I have done all of them things still not working. Got hold of Samsung yesterday they ran a diagnostic and they is a fault with my watch. Get it changed today. Thank you so much though 😊
