Hi someone please help me sort this issue before I send this ***** watch back
Quite simply my watch doesn't track any of my sleep. I wear it each night and each morning no data has been tracked
I've searched and searched for ways to fix this but can't seem to find any answers
I've reset the watch twice , uninstalled the app and re installed but still cant get it to do it .
I must point out that it did work for a couple of days but then completely stopped

Had an online chat with support this morning , the watch is going back tomorrow to be checked .
To be honest I've been having quite a few niggling issues , not receiving notifications turning Bluetooth on and off solves this , watch set to vibrate when notification received but that's not working this morning .getting notifications but no vibration.
Hopefully it can be sorted or replaced because I absolutely love
