Just updated mine. Too large a screen for complete screenshot, so just start and end for information.
Transfer from phone, S23 Ultra, came with 10 minute countdown and % installation indicators. Followed by a couple of minutes of watch only installation, before automatic reconnection to phone.
No issues during process. Immediate difference in speed of scrolling down apps on watch face and WhatsApp send appears to be immediate.
