Galaxy Watch 5 Pro LTE asking me to connect via bluetooth

About half the time my watch will connect to my phone via cellular so that I can reply to notifications. Sometimes it doesnt work until I turn off bluetooth but it should work all of the time! I payed extra for Pro and Extra for LTE. I dont want it to ask me for bluetooth connection with my phone

If you set it it auto best let the watch decide based upon the best available signal, lte all the time will use more battery
