Galaxy watch 46mm No display and freezes watch face

I got my watch in November and loved it. Did exactly what I needed it to.

Downloaded a couple of watchfaces and had all my info on screen.

Started behaving erratically yesterday and now after charging will not switch on at all.

step 1

do force restart → press and hold the lower right button for 7 seconds

step 2

if possible do backup you data via Wearables app on your phone

step 3

remove activation lock and do the reset

if persists, arrange a repair of your watch by contacting support below
