Dear Samsung,
I recently had my watch repaired by you as it had significant GPS inaccuracy. I am very pleased to say that you did indeed fix the GPS issue. However, it has now come back to me with more faults which were not an issue before.
- Counts ridiculously high floors (in one day I will have done over 50 floors which is impossible)
- Calorie count when exercising such as a short 30 minute run is MASSIVELY overestimated (use to be around 400 and now after it was 'fixed' is over 1300)
Could you please get back to me re these issues and where to go from here?
