On the watch in smasung health you can set heart rate to monitor constant. Same as stress. As for the The SP02 dont quote me I think you can only do it manually and it dose it during sleep. They maybe an app you could use for continuous use maybe?
Hi there hope you're well so far since the beginning of the launch I can't say I have ever had any issues with consistency on both the heart rate monitor and sp02.
@S786: To set up the Heart Rate Monitor so it measures continuously, please open the Samsung Health app on your Watch 4 > Settings > Measurements > Heart Rate > Measure Continuously.
