This has to be the worst Samsung watch it randomly disconnects from my phone meaning j need to reset done it about 10 times since I've had it it over heats when charging so can't be used it over heats when data is on and can be used and battery doesn't even last me a 10 hour shift at work
I have recently bought the Galaxy watch 4 classic and I agree that it does get hot when on charge but the biggest problem I have is the Galaxy wear os app will not connect to my phone and like you I have reset my watch countless time's and it still won't connect as to the worst watch I am on fence
That's a good idea if Samsung support worked better then the watch they do not have a very good reputation as I have found over the years so I have no confidence in them
