Galaxy watch 4 watch faces don't download

Some galaxy watch 4 faces won't download, I keep getting network error even though I'm connected to my network. I get the same error on mobile data and WiFi. I've tried restarting phone and watch and still get the same error. Anyone know what's causing this?

Don't know how it was related but phone reset helped

Are you also using a Xiaomi device that experienced these probs? More than willing to reset my phone to solve this if so 👀

Xiaomi Mi 11 here, and having the same problem.

I am using a Pixel 6...  with te galaxu watch 4 and I have the same problem. Have you found any solutions?

Yes, I'm facing the same issue hence I wrote a mail to the samsung support & they asked me to visit the nearest samsung service center. WTH!

This is the solution.faces are available from the watch but not on the app (might be predownloaded on my 4 classic)

Just Tap and hold on your watch face to access the list.

I am on mi is and no issues from watch to change faces but it won't work from phone
