Galaxy Watch 4 Trade In

Hi guys, I did a trade in for a galaxy watch 4 my question is do I need to send the band as well or just the watch?

Usually as it came so I would say yes the band too

No need to send the band... I've done a couple of trade-ins and never sent the band, they only want the watch in good working condition.

Hi @JOrgePT , I pulled this from the Trade-In FAQ's: https://www.samsung.com/uk/trade-in/watch-trade-in/ 

The original band would count as an accessory in this case.

The trade-in terms for UK users show the US trade-in details, you must send in the original strap/band and the charger otherwise your trade-in is affected.
In US you don't need to send in charger, but UK you MUST.
