Galaxy watch 4 - this watch isn't supported on this phone

Hi anyone can help please. 

I can't pair galaxy watch 4 with Samsung S20 ultra 5g (Snapdragon).

After pair code confirmation I have pop up message -

"this watch isn't supported on this phone"

Galaxy watch 3 works perfectly fine but new watch 4 has problem witch compatibility with Samsung device. I don't know what should I do. I need solution asap because need to send old watch or return new one due to this issue. I tried customer support but they have no clue why this happened.

I'm just thinking if it's because you have a snapdragon s20. Is the watch 4 a UK version?

Have you tried resetting the watch? I know it sounds weird with a new watch but sometimes it can help.

Make sure the Galaxy Wearable app on your S20 Ultra is updated to the latest version, maybe that helps.

I have the same problem. I'm in Shanghai, China and bought my Watch 4 directly from the Samsung store. My phone is a Galaxy S21 Ultra (from China) running the latest stock Hong Kong (TGY) build of Android. It's painfully ridiculous that our phones don't support this watch. Samsung, PLEASE FIX YOUR MISTAKE!

I got the same problem. i got hongkong phone and hongkong watch4, but im in mainland China. Keeps saying "Can't pair with Galaxy Watch4 Classic This watch isn't supported on this phone." Things i tried, installing galaxy watch4 plugin, reinstalling everything, restarting everything, VPN, fake GPS spoof, nothing worked. Someone said pairing through Samsung Health app worked? nope tried that as well.
