Galaxy Watch 4 slow charging

Brand new out of the box watch slow charging on multiple powerbanks and offical Samsung charger with original cable. 

Charger wattage pulled by the watch is 1w to 2w the charger itself is normal temperature.

Charge speed should be 5w? 

What to do?

This is the 40mm LTE version.

Might not be a bad thing as it's better for a devices life if not "fast charged". You could charge it overnight ready for the day ahead, or, depending on which phone you have, use the "power share" feature to top it up when out and about.

Sometimes it's to dissipate heat if you charge it on a surface like a table it's faster as heat gets out quicker but on a bed it takes longer cause there's more heat. I've experienced this

I am facing the same issue. it is taking more than 7 hours to charge from 40 to 90%. I haven't yet managed to get it to 100%. 

Samsung service center in India is not ready to accept it. They are simply saying that it is charging which means there is no issue with the charging.
