Galaxy watch 4 not turning on

A few days before Christmas my watch 4 appeared to freeze up a few minutes later it turned off. The battery percentage at the time was roughly 70% since that time I have had the watch on charge but I have not been able to turn it on. I have tried holding down both buttons but to no avail

The current software version is R880XXU1HXB7

For me it didn't helped. Contacted Samsung and they just said go to service they can't do anything, "it's not their fault".

Do by your self conect and disconnect again several times very fast and afterthat keep for an hour for charging.

Didn't helped, still not working, Samsung is like Apple, with every update more problems

I just spoke with the Samsung assistant in Lithuania, and the answer was that even if it is an update problem, they are not responsible for it, and if there is no warranty, you will have to deal with it yourself, just refer to the nearest center
