Galaxy watch 4 latest update

Have anyone else problem after latest update on watch? It wont wake up when you turn your wrist. In settings that opportunity is grey and you cant select that.

Since the update mine never displays current heart rate, only a rate from several hours earlier. After a reboot it works for a while but does it again
