Hello,
I am a bit scared of what is happening with my new Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.
I have noticed a big red circle the size of the back of the watch on my wrist where the watch touch the skin.
I have tried to understand what's wrong, and I believe it is the heart rate sensor that is somehow like burning my skin. If I leave heart rate on continuosly I feel like small electric charges on my skin as well. This is getting worst everyday to the point where I needed to switch the sensor off.
Is anyone having this issue too?
I never really had problems with watches or jewelry before, I am not allergic to metals or plastics i know this for sure so I am a bit baffled?
Can someone help please? What should I do? is it possibile that my watch has a defect?
I don't think this is normal isn't it?
Many thanks
Kind Regards
Adel

This is absurd, I don't need to see a doctor, there's nothing wrong with me, the red circle doesn't come by itself exactly where the watch is. The electric shock i feel when heart rate is on doesn't come by itself, it's clearly the watch.
There is something wrong with this watch, and as it wasn't free but I paid good money for it, it's absurd I find myself with a device that is hurting me.

Mine does that when it's too tight!
