Purchased a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic direct from Samsung and the box arrived damaged and the Watch was unsealed so the item seems tampered with. Not to mention the bezel is loose and the whole thing feels like a cheap piece of junk compared to the original Galaxy Watch. Terrible customer service on top of this - do not purchase!

Awww, I'd be gutted. Send it back Caz and get a refund. Then buy again from scratch!

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung phone user.
