Hi,
This morning I have installed the latest software update on my galaxy watch 4 classic.
Unfortunately after the update, the touchscreen is no longer working. I initially tried soft reseting the watch by holding down the 2 buttons and this has not fixed the issue.
I then attempted to factory reset it on the app; however, it asks me to unlock the watch, which I cannot do because the screen is not responding.
Help please.
EDIT: Have now managed to factory reset the watch using the hardware buttons after looking that up. Touch screen still doesn't work.

And I had the same problem like you ! Touchscreen not responding to touch,watch wont mesure,nothing...crazy..
Don't bother,listen,I brougt my watch directly to Samsung Center they resolve problem in 2 days !
