Galaxy Watch 4 Classic - Touchscreen stopped working after latest software update

Hi,

This morning I have installed the latest software update on my galaxy watch 4 classic. 

 

Unfortunately after the update, the touchscreen is no longer working. I initially tried soft reseting the watch by holding down the 2 buttons and this has not fixed the issue.

I then attempted to factory reset it on the app; however, it asks me to unlock the watch, which I cannot do because the screen is not responding. 

 

Help please.

 

EDIT: Have now managed to factory reset the watch using the hardware buttons after looking that up. Touch screen still doesn't work.

And I had the same problem like you ! Touchscreen not responding to touch,watch wont mesure,nothing...crazy..

Don't bother,listen,I brougt my watch directly to Samsung Center they resolve problem in 2 days !

Same issue here, not sure how to fix this.

I had to get in touch with customer service and send it back to Samsung in the end.

I've now got this, must be software related as havnt had any issues previously.....

Works again if I hard reset but then eventually stops again.

I've just done a full factory reset to see if that helps
