Galaxy watch 4 classic - still no luck with sound or vibration for notifications!

So still no luck with sound or vibration for notifications just the orange dot, spoke to samsung via chat and was told id have to send it in for a repair! A brand new £350 watch that iv had barely 2 weeks 😀😀 This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

2 things to check

- make sure all the apps that you want to be notified on are selected in the notification section
- on the watch, swipe/scroll over to notifications, tap cog and make sure it's on the setting you want i.e notify all or only notify when not using phone....

My hubby is in the same boat. After reading a thread on these boards turns out it is because his arm is inked with tattoos. Do you have tattoos on your skin underneath the watch?
