Anyone else experiencing this. The galaxy watch 4 classic randomly locks when its on your wrist happens when sleeping or at random times during the day.

Yes, same here. It was mentioned in another post here on the Samsung Community Forums.

Do you have DND enabled or configured to enable at set times of the day? I think it is related to DND but not sure.


My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.

Hi, I posted on here a similar problem, watch goes back to locked even though still wearing, happens overnight whilst in DND mode, never during the day. Samsung did comment saying they would forward to their technical support, needless to say, still waiting and hoping for answers.
