When I put in my claim I got an email from Samsung confirming receipt of the claim which included a ref number and link to checking claim status. Might be worth checking your junk / spam email folder for an email from them

👍 hopefully link will work ok ! Mind you when I checked mine a few times it just always said the same thing - "claim received " Then got another email from them when it was validated
