I would like to have a look at this with you. How long have you been having this issue?
The first thing that I would like you to try is checking that the Watch and the Samsung Wearable app are up to date. To do this you will need to head into the Samsung Wearable app> About watch> Software update. For the app, you will need to head into the Galaxy Store (if you are using a Samsung phone) or the Google Play Store (if you are using an Android phone)> My apps/Manage device and apps or similar> Search for the app> Update.
