Hi , I have noticed over a the period I have had the watch that the heart rate monitor isn't very accurate sometimes it shows some weird readings , especially when exercising the heart rate monitor has lag which I can understand however the readings themselves are concerning today I was doing a workout and glanced at the watch the heart rate was showing nearly 177 no way could this be right or within reasonable error I was just warming up light stretch
