After updating samsung health I now can't measure my blood oxygen during my sleep with my galaxy watch 3 can I fix this?

It's a function for Galaxy watch 4, 3 would not be able to measure it I think

I have the Watch2, and up until a few days ago, this showed up in the SH app, under sleep data. This was removed by the latest update. Having said that, when it was on my watch, it never recorded my sleep, so I must be dead now!! 🤣

Yes, but during sleep is different as far as I can understand. Before switching to W4 I had update on Samsung Health app when they added the option in, but my Galaxy watch active 2 doesnt support it and was not able to use it. My husband switched from GW3 to 4 despite having the SpO2 he was not able to activate it during sleep. Was just unavailable.
