Hi Ibrahim, the link to the original post doesn't seem to be working for me. Is it just my browser, or is the link broken now? Thanks!

Really ? I was going to buy this watch for those features. Think I'll look elsewhere at other brands now.

Update... I did end up buying this watch and side loading the egc app. I love everything about it. A lovely looking screen, the bezel for selection of apps etc. I had a garmin smart watch before this but didn't love it this much.

It is been released in the US. Why is it not working in the UK?

I'm not happy...

It needs regulatory approval as it is a medical grade sensor.
US - needed FDA Approval.
COVID has most likely thrown a wrench in their plans.

Can it not be released unapproved, then it gets approved if and when it does? It being approved in S Korea and USA is approval enough for me

Different countries will have different categories to approve in order for it to be released there.

I bought this watch expecting these features to work pretty quickly, I would of purchased another brand if I knew what I know now.

I bought the watch knowing it was capable and would be enabled after regulatory approval. The sensors are more advanced than the cheapo watches you can get and u understand Samsung's point of a careful approach. let's hope it will pass the regs soon. Don't regret my purchase all the same as its a very nice watch.
